Secure containers

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

I thought secure containers did not have a weight limit or was that post era?

Phase 3 of the housing patch. This server chose to use the prior housing patch.

Can read about it in the uosa wiki.

actually the removal of weight limits on secures was in phase II according to this link (November 23rd, 1999)
