Selling Small House 1 Screen from Ocllo Mage Shop

It is on the guards line and one screen away from the mage shop. I don't know if that would make it in demand. Its safe and very close to the town and bank. There aren't many houses on Ocllo let alone close to town. Give me an offer in gold or for a trade for another small somewhere in a nice location. I don't have a mage so its a bitch of a commute, so-to-speak.

This is a cool spot. Randomly, I was walking around Ocllo last night, looking for potential new housing spots. I believe there's currently five 7x7 houses on the island. I couldn't for the life of me find another spot to place a 7x7.
