WTB - Tower Placement spot

I'm working on a player run town. We have made an arragement with the owner of the tower in our town. He's willing to trade so long as we pay him a moving fee and have another tower for him.

I have a tower deed. I need a spot to place it so I can move ahead our town. In IRC, at times, I hear of people selling information like this. Please respond here or PM Silas in IRC.
