Looking for a small house (the smallest ones)

I am looking to buy one small house to etablish myself on this server i just arrived.

I don't have much gold so i figured i would post a buy order on the forum before buying from the npc as i know most people are probably stuck with an unused house in their bank anyway.

So if you want to sell a small house just post your offer here. Thanks

Btw, non-post related. Are there still free spot available on the map to build or do i have to buy a terrain too?
Any tips on safe house trading would be appreciated too =p

1° plenty of free spot everywhere
2° House tradiing require a broker as the transfer is instant and there is not trading window
3° house deeds can be redeemed for cash so nobody is annoyed to have a deed in his house
4° House deeds are blessed

so i suggest that you gather the cash and run place it where you like !
