That second trade was a wild one though. =P

Poor guy gave me his deed we went outside and had like an air elemental, ratman, and a player nearby. Both our chars were weak (well, mine was). So, I had to run around the house 3 times, on the 2nd time I hit the transfer.

I dunno if Milk had a moment when he thought I was gonna run off and not transfer, but if it was me I woulda been scared for a moment. =P

I kinda made him a take it right now, buyout type of offer on the place along with another deal involving 2 other properties. He actually wanted me to bid much less and give you a chance to bid again, but I wanted the place NOW and convinced him to take me offer.

Milk is a good guy, if you want to be mad, be mad at me for convincing him to sell it to me on the spot.
