I live in the Fens too and I noticed that your castle moved on UOAM...I was thinking there was no way they let that castle go IDOC. =(

Whoops. I still have a tower, a patio, an L-shape and five smalls. I wasn't careful with the major real estate. Someone or someones got a whole heap of well-organized stuff. And some sweet if not highly sought after rares. My burned wood that doesn't decay and a bunch of other stuff. Make use of those pixels peeps!

Is it true that you have to refresh with the original owner at least once every six months or it will condemn anyway?

I think it can be refreshed by any friend so long as the owner's account has been logged on to. Gotta watch castles though, they have multiple entrances but only the very front door works. So don't 'refresh' when you're half asleep!
