Vent and Teamspeak are both free if you know how to set them up... If your host can hose your UO server it should be nothing to host a Ventrilo. Because this is a small server... the bandwidth steal from Ventrilo wouldn't be horrible.

To be honest, I would not play here if skill gain was slower. UO has been out for 10 years. It's a player-ran shard. It should be easier. This skillgain is harder than the current leading T2A shard.
