Selling small stone and plaster house. 1 screen east of yew moongate. asking 2-stone and plaster deeds, lowest is equivelant of 75k. 1-deed plus 32k. somebody moved their house, so I was able to move mine over.

House is sold. The unsavory sticky bandit was not unsavory in this transaction. I transfered the house first, and he paid in full, plus gave me another 5k on top of the asking price. If he agrees to it, I would trust him as a broker....
