As I work on a skill...Blacksmithing, Fletching... I will see the following message +0.1 increase.... your skill is 79.8... +0.3 then a few minutes later i will advance again.... +0.1 increase.... your skill is 79.8..... +0.4 this happens atleast once per 5-10 levels....meaning from 55- to 60, 60 to...

I know this is all about being as accurate as possible to the original game, however, there was one major flaw in the original... fletching and bowyer... we can not fix bows...yet a black smith can fix weapons. I know in later versions of UO they fixed that.... can we add to the fletchers of the wor...
