Actually in more then one occasion i've killed "noobs" at gy who ended up having 4-6k on them.

You must not go to any dungeons then. I never have to look more then five minute to find people to pk. Now if you were referring to finding actual pvpers like O/C etc, then that's a different story. But even then, i usually have no problems finding people.
