I have seen them before, it looks like the dock support. Maybe it wasnt an addon , just something they added to the game in certain places.

Either way, you can just toss several boats in the water for the "Dock" look.

Dont know about the ballot box bug but these were never called ballot boxes. always just metal boxes. The little ones that look just like the ballet boxes.

These are not obtained at all the way they were in T2. I have yet to even see one in the game which has saddened me to no end. I loved these containers more then anything else in the game.

Do you have any plans on changing it so we can obtain these in the future?
