Oh yeah, forgot to mention that when I try to resend the welcome email, it gives me an error saying my profile settings need to be changed. But I can't change the profile settings if I can't login! What can I do??

From what I could tell, it's all in the DEX. I was able to macro to 95 shown (and somewhere like 93.5 real) lockpicking off a GM lockbox -- with 100 dex. I then proceeded to drop my DEX all the way down to 11, which caused my Lockpicking SHOWN to drop from 95.0 to 94.0. I was then able to macro back...
