The curve is from a raised cloak. I used to use fancy shirts, but the image they use for them now seems smaller. It took a bit of tweaking, but over the course of a few weeks I had the patience, =P.

These stopped spawning along with Glacial Staves, but spawned less frequently. I don't know anyone else who owns one.

As far as I know before halloween there was only one on the shard and it was in Blackfoot's museum. Luth and I got only 2 batwing on Halloween after 3500 homes. If that's and all indicative of the frequency, I suspect 20 on the shard is a high estimate. And they won't be spawning again any time soon...

I think prices are simple going to rise inevitably with shard pop growth--spawns (sans Admin action) won't increase, but those who want rares will!

That being said, what sort of prices would you expect for:
