Sounds like packet loss, which is worse than simply having a high ping. Probably a problem with comcast.

This is almost always going to be a red pots only fight. You should set the default to no pots at all at the very least, that way both sides have to negotiate for pots or whatever. Otherwise you mine as well have called this "Tank Mage-a-palooza 2011" (other templates need not apply). Ok,...

I got it working based on SexySmithy's advice in irc. I just erased anything with UO in it from the computer and reinstalled from a blank slate. Thanks for your help though.
