Easy way to think about that, Each server had "Unique Items" placed by GMs. Same difference IMO

Load your backpack with 125 items and you can AFK fish in deep water without breaking the rules. When your backpack is loaded you dont pick up any fish or items. Great way to GM. Doubt that would be acceptable, items would still drop to the boat (items on boat do not decay) and resources would stil...

After you select your skills, and "character features" it should show you a map.. on that map you just need to click on the city you want to start in? should be good to go from there
