SEtup the UOSA voice chat with the seer/gm as the only one who can talk in there, other than select main characters in the event. Have verbal dialogue for the event. script it. you wouldn't have thrown this in with normal fireworks. These were not gifts. they were things that everyone was told would decay. Talk to an npc to get the firework, and then no event happened, and they decayed every day.

What do you figure these things are worth now that they don't hand them out anymore?

I think they changed the "temp firecracker" to initial firecracker later on.

The temporary ones were supposed to decay after a day.
