I agree with the previous sentiments. I never make a character that doesn't have two skills at 50, and one at 0, or 1 if I want the starting items. There's no benefit, imo, to doing 33/33/34 when you can basically buy up to that amount. So what you end up with for 250 gold is 50/50/25, instead of 33...
