UO Second Age

Ok I have a couple question on skills before I make my mage. First off does alchemy give the explo bonus during this era? Does Inscribe give the reflect bonus? What are the skills to stun in this era if that was even avaliable back then? How good were mages at this time against dexxers?

I am trying this shard out and taking a break from hybrid and was worndering is it worth going with fencing? I read that fencing did not work right here and was wondering if it was fixed.
