it was a pack llama in a random building inside the city of britain if those two details are important (i have 100 skill and there were approx. 2800 boards)

my location : Erie, Pennsylvania 64.34.160.92 (SB-V) was best for me with an avg ping of 53 MS and a very tight variance all of the rest were acceptable at ~120 ms except 72.51.32.76 (SB-LA) which was a min ping of 124 and a max of 1029? weird... averaged out to be 357 if i spiked like that however....

does anyone have a problem with their client and occassionally they can't move in one direction?

Rares? Sure let everyone keep them. Shards always need rares and one off items. Neons? NO. Delete that shit, gimme a break. The look of that stuff RUINED UO.
