tried to feed the horse but keep saying this "Your mount is very fatigued" so often

my average ping is around 200

is it enough for pvp ? I know it is not the best but I really like to play uo and this server looks nice.

what is the easiest way or build to get enough cash to make GM Resist ? I will make a dexxer but obviously need Resist and a Magery skill to cast spells for training.
