Another n00b question

Hi all,

What is the best way to avoid getting a house taken away besides the obvious (don't die). Can you secure a chest in the house and then place the key inside?

Another newb question

If I buy a house, is there any place to put it? I know at OSI UO it got to the point where there was nowhere to place houses and one's only hope of owning one was to buy on Ebay.

Anyone selling bulk reagents? I have a mage in Britain that I am trying to supply.

Thanks

Re: Bowcraft and Fletchery

Thanks. Can't seem to advance beyond 48 in the skill, I figured I was doing something wrong or didn't have the right tools. I thought maybe if I could make crossbows that my skill would start going up again.

Bowcraft and Fletchery

What tools are necessary to create crossbows? What is the minimum skill requirement to create these?

Thanks

Some newb questions

I just started playing and I wanted to say, this is great, just like I remember it so far.

I had a couple of questions though... Is there a Trammel? Where are all the good vendors at? I noticed that there aren't any miners at all in the hills North of Britain, why is that?

Re: Long time listener, first time caller...

Well I got everything loaded and got logged in tonight. This is a great setup! With the exception of Razor which I had never even heard of before today, everything is pretty much as I remember it. I wish I had my Grandmaster Mage though. I forgot how hard it is to start off with a weak n00b characte...

Long time listener, first time caller...

Hello all! I used to play UO up until about 4 or 5 years ago when they made massive rule changes that suddenly rendered a grand master archer I had been playing since the beginning of UO useless because he was no longer strong enough to equip his heavy crossbow. That was the last straw for me. I tho...
