ya idk if this is correct still but the stealing would mainly only be useful for stealing stuff out of chests i believe from players homes that were locked down ? idk if that's true but i slightly remember reading something about it.

so i can to terms. you cant own a house and be a co owner at the same time in an effective way to still use a trash barrel. none the less ill be able to work around that small issue

so i totally was able to take a hally to my trash barrel before... now this is not the case.... it just refuses to work correctly
