Does anyone know what this guy is all about? He's near the starting Inn in Britain. He's invulnerable, is wearing some dark clothing and wielding a katana. Has all white skin too. Very strange

I recently found one of these and am using the other threads here as a price jump off, as I'm still fairly new here If it is indeed what the others are posting, I will start it off at 150k. Good luck and thank you all!
