Re: What about thievery?

I don't typically respond this way, but you seriously need to clean up your post in order to make it readable. There are a ton of things to refute, but I can't be tasked with untangling your post in order to do it. Refute it let's take a look at the last client patch before the release of T2A shall...

Re: Accurate Rules

I like razor I dont want pvp to be like a hardcore version of me arranging my desktop Frankly I loathe it because it's only hinder era accuracy it's done nothing to enhance it. It's been used as a work around to getting proper 3rd party tools of the era working as they did. You can say what you wis...

Re: Hemperor was right. (Razor features)

Hemperor was right. I feel like it's worth reconsidering that little Razor checkbox that allows Razor to talk with the server and negotiate what features of Razor are used with the shard. At this point, most folks who've been around UOSA a while are well aware of some instances in which Razor allow...

Re: What about thievery?

[/quote] This is false. If a thief was attacked within the first two minute period after they stole something and damaged an opponent via auto-defend, they would be flagged as the aggressor, and could be given a murder count, provided the victim committed suicide without recalling away. This behavio...

I won't I played UO live from pre-T2A through T2A why would I cease to stop caring about the accuracy of it or the details of the accuracy of it from those time spans?

Re: Accurate Rules

IMO Razor makes this game so much less fun then it can be. I know it cant be played without Razor and now days if someone had to play without Razor itd be mayhem. But honestly, its too easy for people because of Razor now, UO will never be the same. I hate Razor with a god damn passion too scripted...

Re: Razor PvP vs Second Age PvP

additional note here- uoassist wasn't legal during t2a. Hell many programs weren't legal then- not even macro programs Exactly and if not for the 3rd party program "exploiters" using UOAssist and UOExtreme it's hard to say when or if OSI would have ever added a lot of the feature ideas th...

Re: What about thievery?

This also makes it really easy to grief thieves, by forcing them to deal 1 damage to you with a punch, then committing suicide - hence kicking them out of the thieves guild for 40 (or 8?) hours playtime. False. This is not possible. Auto-defend does not work in these situations. Really? It should. ...

Re: What about thievery?

The Thieves Guild bullshit confined the thief skills to an extremely narrow role - you couldn't be a PK because of the murder count nonsense, and you had to jump through a lot of hoops just to get to steal from players. I played before the change went in and it was fine. The whole system was just a...

Re: Accurate Rules

Let he who desires accuracy, be the first to uninstall Razor. And replace it with UOExtreme! I miss being able to see people while they were hidden. This with pre-T2A archery/hiding ect would take accuracy uo emulator accuracy to a whole new dimension. It might not reflect accuracy of T2A era, but ...

Re: Equipping while casting

For what its worth, Usenet posts aren't always the most reliable. Lots of people have no clue what they're talking about. Even Stratics had a terrible PvP essay for mages. There are people on UOSA who think using katanas in PvP is a good idea. It is with deadly poison not to mention Katana's are wa...

Re: Equipping while casting

This is more of a discussion and what exists in the demo. Equipping in the demo does not interrupt your spell. You can cast a spell, equip and start loading a swing/fight. This is what actually makes Pre-T2A combat work, because there is a large equip delay in Pre-T2A. If I remember correctly, the ...
