UO Second Age

I’ve got a 98 retro machine I want to play on. UO works fine and I can get in and play, but Razor requires XP or newer I think. Anyone know if there is an older build of Razor that would work? Or another app like UOAssist, unless thats a non starter with the rules

Razor used to give me the annoying white flashes also - you just have to disable visual themes and disable desktop composition on both the razor exe and uo client exe and it will stop doing that.
