I disagree that housing is an issue at all right now. I roam the map from time to time and there are plenty of grass spots for larger homes (bricks, patios, L-shapes, towers). Take a walk north of Yew, or either south or northeast of Vesper, or north of Cove, or even near the Britain moongate there ...

You can still find them on NPCs that, when killed, drop a backpack with loot . I know I killed some pirates in the recent Sweeping Justice event and found a couple magic heater shields, but they weren't anything special.

Fox -- From what I have noticed, price often depends on hue. Lately it seems the more common hues of gf sandals (for example, true blacks) have gone for at least 5 mil.
