The Pumpkin Kult can be found SE of Sakara Bare, about 2-3 screens west of the NEW keep.

You mentioned that the house needs to be viewable by others... does it need to be public?

I picked it up on as an IDOC. I was the only one there when it fell. It was a Bloodrock Tower with an insane amount of stuff in it (Silver, trophies, rares, etc.). It took me over two hours to clean the ground/loot and place the tower
