UO Second Age

Hey,

I tried downloading the UO client off the website and I get this error msg:

C:\Users\Downloads\UOSA_Client_Setup.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning

It wont allow me to install it. Any ideas on what this could mean and if there is a way I can fix it?
