I have been playing for a few weeks and decided to GM fishing. I have been fishing on and off for the last few days (probably about 14 hours) all in deep water from a boat. I have not pulled up a single MIB or Serp. I have gotten three maps so far.
Is this normal? I am currently 99.3.
