I'll go with the buyout of deed+Lshape my friends and I are lookin to make a bigger splash on the server and we are lookin for houses in the area to start up a guild

Looking to buy L-Shape or Tower (Since this is easier than tryin to find a spot to squeeze one in and there are TONS of empty houses out there...) as a few of my friends and I are new to the server and are having a hard time living out of small houses... (The things don't even come with a bathroom.....
