It seems to work when I dont run UOAM and Razor addon

I've been working on my rogue and been stealing from npc backpacks for awhile. All of a sudden today, I can't. Some message as if the item in there backpack is untargetable. I cant even steal from just random body target. What gives?

Murders Mongoose and Mercedes Benz must have hacked me with a tracking program. They killed a guy and I looted the guy .. i ran south for about 1 min. and hid until i was unflagged criminal. I had 2 accounts and cant remember the life of me, the passwords. I didn't attach an email to either of the accounts. How am i able to retrieve my lost password words?
