Minimum bid is deed plus two smalls. This is a good spot with a for sure large patio and possibly a tower. If no one wants it by tomorrow I will pull and just wait until I can place a tower there. I should have clarified that sorry.

I hate to be a dummy but what is the system here? I would give you two deeds for the house and you transfer to me or would I just give you the money? Why is the deed thing in play? are we using them as checks? Sorry for my stupidity.
