Re: Fastest way to make money
The bowyer, the weapons shop(s), there's an NPC in the Ranger Guild building next to the bank who buys them, and if you venture just over the ferry and take the North path there are two more rangers who buy them. They should all be paying 28-34gp ish per bow, unless someone else has recently sold a...

Re: Fastest way to make money
Lumberjacking/Bowcraft around Skara Brae will pull about 3k per hour in a very safe way. There are about six vendors there that buy bows and plenty of trees within the guardzone. A 50 Lumber 50 Bowcraft newbie character can start earning straight away with no skill training. It's not mega money but...

Two questions
1) I was under the impression that you had to be gaining a skill in order for an associated stat to raise. For instance, if my Eval is at 100, I won't gain INT from using that skill. Is this not true? Someone told me it wasn't. I am at the 700 skill cap and have herding set to lower and Spirit Speak...

Re: Training Mager/Med/Resist
I do suggest training them together, BUT you might want to at least buy med to 30, and use the drunk med macro to raise it to around 50-55 in a couple of hours, so you start with all of them at roughly the same skill level. After that, I use this macro to work the 3 skills. For an easier way of fig...

Training Mager/Med/Resist
I am at 50 resist/magery, and 0 meditation.
Is it better to train these together, or should I focus on one at a time?

Fastest way to make money
I am on a fast track to try to buy a small house, and then I will need to earn to fund my way to GM magery/med/resist, which I hear cna cost 200-250k to GM all three. I have been making decent money mining and then making daggers and selling to NPCs. However, I only get about an hour or 2 to play du...

Re: Housing
Plenty of places for a small house--just have to look around a bit. I think it should be your #1 priority so that you can train resist and magery at the same time. HOWEVER, there are a number of upstanding people who are willing to co-own you on their extra small houses to help you at at the beginn...

Housing
Should getting a small house be my #1 priority before training expensive skills like magery/resist? I've been on the server a week, and haven't seen all areas obviously, but are there still places to put new houses or are most taken up already? Who sells house deeds? I can't remember for the life of...

Re: Macing
Okay. I've read this thread. What would be the cheapest way for me to GM swords/tactics as a newbie? I don't have gold. I would prefer to be able to macro some. Would creating an Alt with 50 healing and 50 anatomy to stand there macroing heal on the npc be the cheapest? Is there a way to do all this...

Re: Guide: GMing Meditation Liquor Style (Cheap & < 24 Hours
I have not read the entire thread, but will 125 bottles of liquor pretty much cover from 0-100 med or will I need to buy more? Is this just a good safe amount to have in your backpack before macroing this?
Who wants to donate to a liquor fund? :p

Where are the PVP hotspots on this server?
Where do most people hang out/pvp/do whatever on this server? I am still a newb and mostly hanging around britain, and most people seem to be macroing. Where do people go when they actually play?
