Note above... Keep deed is about as high as I'll go, because frankly its all I've got.

I would also be interested in buying plots of land/smaller houses where a tower would fit.

Here is the thing... I used to have a swamp tower! But, it sank into the swamp. So I built a second one. That sank into the swamp. So I built a third. That burned down, fell over, then sank into the swamp.

So I'm done with Bayou living.

OK, now that the sale is out of the way, its time to start looking for a tower.
I would like one in a somewhat unique location (that isn't a swamp) with low traffic/spawn and few (if any) neighbors.

And I'm willing to go up to a keep deed if the place meets my criteria.

a_llama handled first and I transfered ownership, went smooth & look forward to transfering the small crafting shed over in the near future!

a_llama's bid confirmed @ 280k, and also confirmed that Charisma is not bidding any higher.

I have sent messages to both parties, since the bidding has been 2 sided, I may end the auction ahead of the "24 hours after last bid" rule. If both agree, then the auction will end.
