But regarding amount of counselers, seers, gms and people willing to report i am pretty sure they was deleted from old lands pretty fast. In our case it should be disallowed and bug fixe...

Exactly! One Insta hit hally swing was always a finisher after mana burst! And no one in his mind would hally fight dexer.

Equipping a weapon now causes a short "prep time" before you can start swinging. I believe this is already in UOSA, it's the "object delay". Correct me if I'm wrong. Still Hally mages were never able to swing Hallys with speed of 100 DEX fighter ( with full stamina). I was Hally...

Additionally, the timer that determines melee weapon swing times (combat timer) will now advance as the player is moving. Hi guys! Was UO player on europe and drachenfeld shards in late T2A and early UO:R ( Late 1998-2002). Since that i missed that game so much.
