chekc all npc venodrs and see if you can buy one. Then check all crafting menus and see if you can make one.

i checked all the shops that might sell somthing like a sledge hammer and didnt find one. I also couldnt make one with my gm smith, and as it seems to work somthing like a smiths hammer i dout i can make one any other way, and back in the day there were only a few sledge hammers per shard.
