glacial staffs are some of the sweetest eye candy available on UOSA.
They are better lookin than about 99% of every rare/server rare.
You should expect a heavy price for it, also considering you can carry it around and look like your from the future.

Re: PC Glacial Staff
A low end price given a lack of demand, would constitute a fee of 25K, given the labor involved in finding one. Given that there is not a large amount of these anywhere, A good price is 40-50K. Start at 50K, if you cant get the desired amount, lower your price. Dont let any one person tell you its worth less. If you hear from at least 5 people that your price is too high, then lower to 40K. etc. This should give you a base from which to start your sale. Always sell at the highest possible price first, then lower it if need be.

Just so you know.. glacial staves aren't available anymore. For their neon color - they are often sold at a VERY high premium. These aren't just rare, they are nearly non-existent and can be "shown off" at events and whatnot (tournies) without having to unequip it or put it in a trade window.
This is just my own opinion, but I'd be looking for 750k to 1 mill.
