Macroing Assistance

Hello, I'm trying to create a macro for magery. I have the regs placed in a box near my character, but can't quite get the macro to grab lets say, two black pearls from the box. It runs the macro once and lifts the regs but on the second pass, it complains about not finding the item. I tried to convert to lift by type, but it still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?
