REPORTED ISSUE: Released monsters will not attack people.
ISSUE DETAILS: Releasing a tamed monster will result in it just sitting there.

STEPS TO RECREATE: Tame a hostile monster, release it in town, it does not attack anything.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Released unfriendly pets act normal, like their wild counterparts.

I'm pretty sure this is how it is supposed to work, but I cant imagine that this has not been brought up already, so mabye I am incorrect.

This was changed to have the behavior they do based on era reports and essays. Released pets keep their tamed dispositions, they will attack red players and agressive monsters.
This was an especially evident behavior on ice island aparently, as the roaming bands of orcs would clean up any released pets from tamers.
