Not sure but its a really sweet ranger armor type hue id do some investigating w/ npc clothing hue and regular dyetub.

Couldnt get it to match any color on the dye tub.

1436 is Ranger Hue.and is rare..although dark green npc colors ...like 1432 npc color not rare
