assuming they are plain white cloths from sheeps wool or cotton or what not, you can get 50 bandaids out of it, bandaids sell for 1.5-2.5gp per, so you looking at a value of 75-125gp per bolt, however, most bolts are cloth are used for bandaids, and most the work involved is setting a macro for hours and hours to cut the cloth into bandaids, so realistically, prob worth 50gp per bolt, might be more beneficial to just cut the bolts into bandaids yourself and sell the bandaids for the price range i listed above. Just depends on how many bolts of cloth you have, ya know.
