I came across some of these. No clue what their value if any is.

Vial of Blood drops off Blood Elementals maybe like 1 in 7. Not really worth much.

I'm not sure if any of the 1 year anniversary items are worth anything yet (the Hangover Remedy was given out in December along with a Fireworks wand, a special named Bag, and other little goodies)
