Cant craft shovels or pickaxes

I have 50 smithy and 50 tink so why can I not see lockpicks, shovels, and pickaxes in my crafting gumps?

should be in tinkering when u click ingots as ur material. Just scroll over to the right till u see it

I know where they are supposed to be ... the shovels have shown up now bu tthe pickaxe is still missing... thanks

The reqs for tinkering are below, these are Base Skill requirements:
Shovel: 40
Pickaxe: 40
Lockpick: 45

You must have ingots in your pack to craft thse items. They will not show in the menu if you don't have the skill of materials.

You don't need any blacksmithy skill to craft these.
