REPORTED ISSUE: Cut cloth does not exist in-game
ISSUE DETAILS: Cut cloth is currently mislabeled as piles of folded cloth

STEPS TO RECREATE: Cut a bolt of cloth with scissors
EXPECTED RESULTS: The resulting item should be labeled as pieces of cut cloth, not piles of folded cloth.
