UO Second Age

I've been working on my rogue and been stealing from npc backpacks for awhile. All of a sudden today, I can't. Some message as if the item in there backpack is untargetable. I cant even steal from just random body target. What gives?

It seems to work when I dont run UOAM and Razor addon
