Player Vendors - The 125 item limit no longer exists

REPORTED ISSUE: Player Vendors - The 125 item limit no longer exists
ISSUE DETAILS: Player vendors no longer have a 125 item limit. I am pretty sure that there was a 125 item limit not too long ago. I can't find any mention of it being changed in patch notes. Of course I could be mistaken about the limit existing in the first place.
ENVIRONMENT DETAILS:
STEPS TO RECREATE: Place more than 125 items on a player vendor.
