Forensic Eval

Hey guys i'm having a problem with gaining skill again been macroing in the spot you showed me and i am stuck at 98.5 skill i've gmed maces and tactics and almost parry with no gains. i've tried to macro on npc's with no gains is it just super slow for the last point or so?

From this point on, you have to use it on a player thief that's in the NPC thieves guild. I can hook you up with one later tonight, when I get home. How late will you be on?

i'll be on and but not near the keyboard for most of the night after 10pm eastern time I have work tonight and I am running a training class but ill hae my laptop.
