Seeking *ACTIVE* PvP/Thieving Guild

Played UO from 99-2007ish on Napa and Baja for the most part.. Mainly PvP'd but did some stealing back in the day.
I'm not really into the RP side of UO, however it doesn't bother me if others are doing it.. I'd rather just smash some faces as opposed to taking the time to think of "clever" sayings.
I'm looking for a laid back guild that's active but doesn't go into assh0le mode when you don't show up. My time is limited as I'm finishing my last semester of college, raising a family while working full time (Do not expect me to postpone my real life for a game). I'll be playing roughly 20hrs a week maybe more maybe less pending on whats going on IRL..
