REPORTED ISSUE: Cooking - Flour Mills Should Require 3 Sheafs Instead of 2
ISSUE DETAILS: Research on uo.stratics.com from information dated 6/23/98 shows that Flour Mills should required 3 sheafs of hay to create flour instead of 2.
