Fletching

I can't seem to make a fletching tool through tinkering, I keep trying different versions of the game but it never shows up in the gump. I have about 70 tinkering and I have 3 ingots so I know its to no fault of my own. Is anyone else having this problem?

having gm'd bowcraft and never used one, i dont believe they exist in t2a

fletching tool = dagger

Rohegan is correct. Fletching tools, inscribes pen, or anything else that was added to craft skills with tools during the UOR era do not exist here.

Thank you so much. I was so confused on why I couldn't do it. I didn't know/remember that you could do it with a dagger back in the day.
